Hands-On Community Impact
The Blue Hat Project is our signature initiative, representing Lozano Smith’s commitment to volunteerism and community service. Each year, our offices partner with local nonprofits, school districts, and community-based organizations. Recent partnerships include:

We’ve collaborated with school districts, statewide associations, and community organizations to create meaningful impact through direct service, community support, and recognition programs. Representative focus areas have included:
- Campus & Community Drives — Campus beautification, school supply kits, blanket and backpack drives, and hygiene kits.
- Scholarships & Awards — Recognition for programs that promote leadership, mentoring, engagement, and positive school culture.
- Community Outreach & Volunteer Service — Preparing and serving meals at local shelters, assisting with food distribution and sorting, contributing to community care programs, and volunteering at local nonprofits.
